Craig International Supplies has been awarded the Shell contracts to provide procurement services in North America and Canada.
The business, along with contract wins in Europe will help CIS' turnover double to nearly £100 million ($A182 million) in the next 12 months.
It will also underpin the opening of an office in Calgary, Canada and the creation of several full-time jobs.
CIS joint managing director Jill MacDonald said the contracts, while significant and high value, would also open the door for the company with major players in Calgary.
The company provides a range of products and services to the global oil and gas industry in 55 countries.
Its buying power of £8 million a month has allowed CIS to make savings that it passes on to customers.
Craig Group chairman and managing director Douglas Craig said the Shell contract was a "major milestone in the global expansion of CIS".
"We are focused on further growing our international business in North America and with Alberta producing nearly 70% of Canada's crude oil and almost 80% of its natural gas, creating a stronghold in the area is a key part of our strategy," he said.
