Singapore-based liftboat and supply base service provider Ezion Holdings has sold its marine supply base business to asset maintenance and construction company AusGroup for about $SGD55 million ($A49.4 million).
AusGroup nabbed Ezion's offshore logistics hub and Teras Australia businesses through the deal, following the gaining of approval from its shareholders to expand into the onshore and offshore marine
