FAR's audacious move

FAR claims ConocoPhillips has failed to comply with the terms of the joint operating agreement for the proposed $US430 million ($A565 million) sale of its interests in Senegal to Woodside Petroleum, and on the same day the junior delivered its third upgrade for the SNE discovery, it says the pre-emption period has yet to begin.
