Magnis completes battery plant purchase

MAGNIS Resources has reported the completed US$5 million (A$6.3 million) acquisition of a new lithium-ion battery plant to relocated to in New York, giving it an increased share in the Imperium3 consortium it shares with Boston Energy and Innovation and Charge CCCV in the process.
