3D seismic boosts Hammamet West prospectivity: Cooper

COOPER Energy says the interpretation of the Hammamet West 3D seismic survey has increased the contingent resource estimate and confirmed the attractiveness of the Hammamet West oil field as a viable appraisal target.

The company estimates the Hammamet West oil field in the Bargou permit, offshore Tunisia, has a contingent resource of 67 million barrels of oil, 37% more than the previous 49MMbbl estimate.
