Iraq's second oil export terminal ready

According to Faraj, Two jetties of Khor al-Amaya [facility] are ready for export and could be running anytime. We are waiting for oil tankers to arrive at the terminal."

"The terminal [will] start loading 300,000-400,000 barrels a day and could gradually increase to 800,000 b/d. The full capacity of Khor al-Amaya is 1.6 million b/d when all four of its jetties are in operation," he added, although he did not say when all four jetties would be fully operational.
