Kogan North partners pull in APA, Agility

Under the agreement, Arrow will design and build the facilities with the assistance of Agility.

APA will finance the expected A$11 million construction cost and Agility, under contract to APA, will provide operation and maintenance services.

CS Energy this week increased its stake in the Kogan North project from 7.5% to 50%, contributing an extra A$10.8 million into its development, which be used to develop 30 to 35 wells in the CBM field. Arrow Energy remains the operator.
