THE ACQUISITION of new exploration acreage in the Leduc area in Alberta, Canada, could be a new turning point for Point Loma joint venture partners Whitebark Energy and Point Loma Resources, adding an additional 40 to 60 million barrels of oil resources to the companies war chest.
