Caltex continues to climb

Caltex shares have continued their upward path again this week, putting on more than 5% to close the week around $11.00. Last week’s column wrote about Caltex’s market capitalisation shading over $2.8 billion. Given only six weeks ago the refiner was traded as low as $8.02, it marks impressive gains for a company that was trading at $4.56 a year ago today.
