Rystad predicts 150% offshore increase over 2016

JUST as McKinsey says the “all time” low of last year’s fourth quarter rig count is already on the up, Rystad Energy has backed it up by suggesting 100 offshore projects could be sanctioned for 2018, a rise of 40 over last year and 150% from 2016.
