THE Resources and Energy Quarterly from the Office of the Chief Economist (OCE) has found that exports of all liquids have risen over this time last year and are slated to rise further in the next two years.

The report sees Brent sticking at US$70 per barrel this year and then dropping to $65-$66/bbl from next year, in line with mid-term outlooks from super-majors such as BP.
