Is the boom over? Deloitte says yes

DELOITTE Access Economics ' most recent quarterly report says the LNG construction boom has drawn to a close as Chevron Corporation's Wheatstone Train 2 and Inpex's Ichthys comes online, and it sees global oversupply as a drag on new investment in LNG projects in Australia.
