WHEN the International Maritime Organisation rules cutting the amount of sulphur in marine fuel from 3.5% to 0.5% hit in January 2020 refiners producing sour crudes will see a precipitous drop in demand but LNG-fuelled ships won’t be taking over, according to research from S&P.
