Outlook sunny and supermajors plan Permian capex: WoodMac

THE outlook for upstream oilers looks strong next year with analyst firm Wood Mackenzie suggesting “oil and gas companies can cope whatever’s thrown at them in 2019,” according to senior vice-president Tom Ellacot.
