WoodMac plots course for scrubbers, LNG and refiners post-IMO2020

RESEARCH from analyst firm Wood Mackenzie on the use of scrubbers suggests, that when International Maritime Organisation regulations cutting sulphur content from 3.5% to 0.5% hit in 2020 compliance by shippers will be around 85%, with full compliance five years later.
