OPEC Plus meets in Baku 

OPEC and Alliance members met in Baku, Azerbaijan, from Sunday to discuss rebalancing the oil market during a period of uncertainty as US sanctions hit members Iran and Venezuela and Algerian exports fall due to ongoing civil unrest.
