Shut-ins across Canada to cut 1.2 million barrels a day

ANALYSIS from global oil and gas research firm Rystad Energy warned upstream spending across Canada will fall more than 40% with wells and oil sands extractions expected to cull production by “at least” 1.2 million barrels of oil per day.
