BANKWEST’S chief economist Alan Langford leaves today after over 30 with the company and has sent out one last update, suggesting Western Australia should set its sights on the battery value chain and green steel to add value to its economy, post recovery, marrying the offshore gas with the Pilbara’s iron ore.
