Sanction delays cloud Oz oil outlook: REQ

OIL and liquids exports will rise from 286,000 barrels a day now to 310,000bopd by 2023, with a commensurate price rise from A$7.7 billion in 2020-21 to $10.9 billion 2021-22 and $10.1 billion the following year.
