OPEC+ to hike production to nearly 650,000bopd to offset falling Russian output

THE OPEC+ group of producers, which includes all original OPEC members along with Saudi Arabia, and nine non-OPEC members including Russia, decided on Thursday to increase output by a larger-than-expected amount.
