Qatari LNG production drops even as global demand spikes

AMID a ramp up in LNG demand in Europe as the continent tries to wean itself from geopolitically-charged Russian pipe gas, LNG production in legacy producer Qatar has still dropped this year, Bloomberg news said on Friday.
