Death at PNG LNG

EXXONMOBIL has confirmed the death of a Papua New Guinea LNG worker working on the project's southern pipeline, but the company has refuted claims the man was shot as part of a dispute between landowners and police.

According to AFR, Exxonmobil has confirmed there was a breach of security at the site in the Tamadigi area but said it was unclear whether or not the breach was related to the man's death. Blog LNG Watch...
