Keystone dealt another blow

THE US Environmental Protection Agency has offered President Obama more grounds on which to reject the proposed Keystone XL pipeline from the Canadian oil sands, releasing a report claiming that the depressed oil price will lead to higher carbon pollution if the pipeline is built.
