TransCanada rejects EPA claims

TRANSCANADA has issued a curt response to a comment letter submitted by the US Environmental Protection Agency to the government last week, which claimed the depressed oil price in combination with the Keystone XL pipeline would lead to oil sands expansion in Alberta and increased emissions.
