White Paper talks Top End energy future

AFTER more than 18 months and 27 public meetings by a joint select committee across Northern Australia the Abbott Government yesterday released its first White Paper for what it calls an "essential part of our plan to build a strong, prosperous economy and a safe, secure Australia" by developing the nation's north.
