THE upstream sector fears yet another witch hunt after green groups jumped on yesterday's launch of a senate inquiry into BP's frontier Great Australian Bight exploration bid, hoping it will expose not only failings of the oil industry but of both the regulator and the Commonwealth's Environment Department.
