Giles hits out at fraccing moratorium

LABOR has not even been elected in the Northern Territory but it is already causing job losses, according to Chief Minister Adam Giles' government, with Pangaea Resources reportedly sacking 140 workers and putting plans to drill a number of wells in the MacArthur Basin on hold.
