Colorado dominoes put US at risk

IF ACTIVISTS have their way at the Colorado ballot box on November 8 and pass two initiatives imposing the toughest regulations on the hydraulic fracturing industry to date – increasing local control and dramatically limiting where fraccing can take place – it could a chain of dominoes that could see even more states enact frac bans.
