Final report from NT fracking inquiry published

THE challenges and risks associated with any onshore shale gas industry in the Northern Territory can be “mitigated to acceptable levels” and appropriately managed, provided 135 recommendations “are implemented in full”, according to the final report from the Scientific Inquiry into Hydraulic Fracturing in the NT, published yesterday.
