IT SEEMS the largely-forgotten the United States-Australia Strategic Partnership on Energy in the Indo-Pacific may be readying for a shot in the arm after Australia, Japan and the US finally announced a late-to-the-party counterpunch to China's enormous One Belt, One Road Initiative's infrastructure plans.
