Reports WA will allow fraccing

THE WESTERN Australian Labor government will reportedly lift its state-wide moratorium on hydraulic fracturing, even though it was one of the government's key election promises, following a long-awaited inquiry into the process that saw the committee hand its recommendations to the government in September.
