Greens push for free education and want oil and gas to pay

THE GREENS have handed the Morrison government a proposal that would see oil and gas subsidies removed and a new royalty scheme for producers introduced, redirecting subsidy funds and royalties towards making TAFE and university qualifications fee free for Australian students.
