Ambitious Green New Deal aims for fossil fuel death 

RISING Democrat star Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is pushing ahead with her Green New Deal, a proposed government policy to end US emissions in the next decade by investing heavily in renewable infrastructure similar to the way Franklin D. Roosevelt launched a series of projects through the 1930s Great Depression to offer employment.
