Greens plan to kill gas with carbon tax

THE Greens want to phase gas out of Western Australia and may use carbon pricing to do it, according to a Perth press conference leader Senator Richard Di Natale and WA senator Jordon Steele-John gave yesterday.

The two were launching the party's jobs policy in Perth, suggesting its 100% renewables by 2030 plan is "jobs rich" yielding 180,000 jobs nationally and 24,000 in Western Australia.    The Greens also...
