Abbott makes $100 bet on climate change

FORMER prime minister and Liberal member for Warringah Tony Abbott has bet $100 the climate won't change in the next decade even as his seat is under its first serious threat in decades from an independent betting on the Phelps' effect and campaigning on climate issues in the well-heeled blue ribbon electorate.
