IN AN unexpected volte-face the Papua New Guinea government has decided to renegotiate the terms of its deal with Total, which is leading the two train Papua LNG project expansion, sending a delegation led by new petroleum minister Kerenga Kua to Singapore yesterday to meet with company representatives.
