Energy policy under the spotlight in Canberra

FEDERAL energy minister Angus Taylor was grilled multiple times in question time today over energy policy and emissions ahead of plans to introduce its so-called ‘big stick’ policy that could force power companies to supply electricity at certain times and to sell off assets if a court deems them be acting in an anti-competitive manner.
