Repsol out of three Vietnam blocks

SPAIN’S Repsol has handed back three offshore exploration blocks to Vietnam’s government after abandoning its Ca Rong Do (Red Dragon) project in the South China Sea  two years after Beijing exerted pressure on Hanoi.
