Chris Bowen set to take shadow energy portfolio

FEDERAL opposition leader Anthony Albanese is expected to appoint Chris Bowen to the key position of shadow energy minister this week, according to multiple reports from the Australian, The Age,  The Sydney Morning Herald and ABC.
