Kiwi lobby welcomes some legislation, hits out at other 

THE Regulatory Standards Bill, which seeks to hold legislation and government policy to a particular standard, has been welcomed by New Zealand's oil and gas lobby even as it decries a ban on new coal-fired boilers.
