Not all friendly to Woodside's climate move

WOODSIDE Petroleum’s move to make sure its expanded Pluto LNG is lower emissions by 2030 was welcomed by the state government which mandated it but has been slammed by groups like the Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility which said yesterday it was “dumbfounded” by the company’s targets.

Yesterday Woodside and the state government announced it had committed to reducing emissions by 30% by 2030 and targeting net-zero emissions by 2050.
