Morrison's man at OECD calls for carbon price

MATHIAS Cormann, Australia's former finance minister and now the head of the OECD, has published a report which calls for Australia to adopt a carbon price.

The report is titled 'Carbon Pricing in Times of COVID' and was released by the international group overnight. It will be heavily referenced at the COP26 talks in Glasgow which kick off on Sunday.  ...
