Energy ministers agree on emissions reduction 

TALKS held today between state energy ministers and their newly elected federal counterpart Chris Bowen have locked in an emissions plan: emissions reduction will be the first action in the National Energy Objectives under a now agreed National Energy Transformation Partnership.
