ALINTA LTD: Barclays Global Investors Australia Ltd became a substantial shareholder on March 1 with a voting power of 5.25%.

BOW ENERGY LTD: Ron Prefontaine acquired 51,480 ordinary shares and 40,000 ordinary shares on March 7 and 8 taking his total holding, direct and indirect, to 4,878,613 ordinary shares and 428,566 options at $0.30 expiring March 31, 2008.

CALTEX AUSTRALIA LTD: Barclays Global Investors Australia Ltd ceased to be a substantial shareholder on March 3.

Richard Warburton and John Thorn acquired ordinary fully paid shares at $17.74 each on March 6 pursuant the non-executive director share plan. Warburton acquired 140 shares taking his total holding, direct, to 10,000 shares and 1,039 shares. Thorn acquired 47 shares taking his total holding, direct, to 346 shares.

ENTEK ENERGY LTD: Paul Garner acquired 61,491 ordinary shares at 10.5 cents per share in on market trade on March 6, taking his total holding, direct and indirect, to 1,380,000 ordinary shares and 4,000,000 options expiring December 31, 2008. WOODSIDE PETROLEUM LTD: Charles Goode, Pierre Jean-Marie Jungels; Ashton Calvert and Jillian Broadbent acquired ordinary shares on market on March 1 via Link Market Services Limited, as trustee for the Non-Executive Directors’ Share Plan, Goode acquired 2,011 shares for $81,749.66, taking his total direct holding to 2,000 ordinary shares and his indirect holding to 216,372 ordinary shares.
