On March 21 Elphinstone acquired a further 340,000 ordinary shares for $265,326 taking his total holding to 41,117,110 ordinary shares, held indirectly. Richard Cottee acquired 1,360 ordinary shares and a further 1,360 ordinary shares at $0.73 in on market purchase on March 21. Following these transactions, he now holds a total, direct and indirect, of 480,000 ordinary shares, 1,094 ordinary shares, 5,736 ordinary shares and 1,360 ordinary shares. Francis Connolly acquired 3,500 ordinary shares at $80.5 cents per share, taking his total holding to 200,637 ordinary shares, held directly and indirectly.
