ADELPHI ENERGY: Patrick O’Connor, who resigned as a director on March 30, holds an indirect interest in 4,508,334 shares and 1 million options.

BHP BILLITON: BHP Billiton Limited announced that on March 30, 2007 it purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of BHP Billiton Plc at an average price of 1135.3747 pence per ordinary share.

Following the above purchase, BHP Billiton Plc holds 25,220,000 of its ordinary shares as treasury shares and BHP Billiton Limited holds 34.4 million of the ordinary shares in BHP Billiton Plc, for a total of 59,620,000 shares. The total number of BHP Billiton Plc ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares and shares held by BHP Billiton Limited) is 2,341,242,002.

BOUNTY OIL & GAS: Hermes Holdings Pty Ltd increased it substantial shareholding to 17.504% on March 19.

EASTERN STAR GAS: David King disposed of 6million fully paid ordinary shares for $1,740,000 in on-market trade on March 27, taking his total holding, held directly, to 3.5 million Fully paid ordinary shares and his indirect holding to 8,913,333 fully paid ordinary shares.

ENERGY DEVELOPMENTS: Peter Cassidy, Christopher Laurie and Richard Gregson acquired ordinary shares at $5.01 on March 30 pursuant to the dividend reinvestment plan. Cassidy acquired 67 shares taking his total holding, held directly, to 13,591 ordinary shares. Laurie acquired 57 shares, taking his total holding, held directly, to 11,394 ordinary shares. 1 million options and 250,000 performance rights. Gregson acquired 175 ordinary shares, taking his total holding held indirectly, to 35,207 ordinary shares.

GEODYNAMICS: Woodside Petroleum and each of its associates changed its substantial shareholding to 9.33% on March 30.

GLOBAL PETROLEUM: John Armstrong, who resigned as a director on April 2, retains a direct interest in 1,030,000 ordinary shares and 6 million options. Ian Middlemas, who was appointed as a director on April 2, holds an indirect interest in 1,430,000 ordinary shares.

GREAT ARTESIAN OIL AND GAS: Raymond Shaw, who resigned as a director on March 31, retains a direct interest in 535, 629 ordinary shares and 1 million options exercisable at 40 cents expiring August 5, 2008.

ORCHARD PETROLEUM: The Eskdale takeover offer closed successfully at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on March 15, 2007. At close Eskdale had interests in 96.17% of Orchard, including acceptances under its takeover offer. Eskdale is currently moving to the compulsory purchase of Orchard.

WOODSIDE PETROLEUM: Jillian Broadbent, Erich Fraunschiel, Charles Goode and David McEvoy acquired ordinary shares pursuant to the terms and conditions of the company’s dividend reinvestment Plan. Broadbent acquired 109 shares for $3,845.52, taking her direct total holding to 20,000 ordinary shares and her indirect holding to 27,742 ordinary shares. Fraunschiel acquired 1,090 shares for $38,455.20 taking his total holding,, held indirectly, 73,792 ordinary shares, Goode acquired 3,052 shares for $107,674.56, taking his total holding, directly held to 2,043 ordinary shares and his indirect holding to 263,686 ordinary shares. McEvoy acquired 54 shares for $1,905.12, taking his total holding, held indirectly, to 2,554 ordinary shares.
