Oil prices mixed on OPEC's refusal to raise output

ASIA-PACIFIC oil prices held well above $90 a barrel territory in defiance of a steep plunge in US prices, amid news OPEC has decided to leave output unchanged.

Opening the week near $A93 a barrel, Tapis crude rose throughout the week before settling down at $92.50 yesterday.
