Nigeria is going to build the world's largest offloading buoy for Shell's Bonga development in Nigeria. Single Buoy Mooring UK Ltd awarded the contract on behalf of Shell to local outfit, Robey Dorman Long JV. The 750-tonne offloading buoy will be made at the Nigerian Naval Dockyard in Lagos, Nigeria's capital city.
