Kogan North partners pull in APA, Agility

THE Kogan North CBM joint venture partners – Arrow Energy and CS Energy – have signed a heads of agreement with the Australian Pipeline Trust (APA) and subsidiary Agility for the construction, ownership and operation of the processing and compression facilities for the field.

Under the agreement, Arrow will design and build the facilities with the assistance of Agility.

APA will finance the expected A$11 million construction cost and Agility, under contract to APA, will provide operation and maintenance services.

CS Energy this week increased its stake in the Kogan North project from 7.5% to 50%, contributing an extra A$10.8 million into its development, which be used to develop 30 to 35 wells in the CBM field. Arrow Energy remains the operator.
