Iran's South Pars gas production up 20%

PARS Oil and Gas Company head Mohammadreza Zahiri says Iran has increased the production capacity of the giant offshore South Pars gas field by 20% in the past two years.

He said POGC also had increased the number of drilling rigs in the South Pars gas field from nine to 15 over the past year. South Pars covers an area of 3700sq.km. It is part of a larger gas field...
